*Please note faces have been blurred to protect the innocent from their fashion sense of that time period, in some cases, people have been photoshopped (poorly sorry) out of the picture completely.

According to this 1928 map, the property was owned by Henry B McCoy. According to the 1930 census, he (65) was born in Canada and wife, Genevieve (54), from New York. Mr. McCoy was a sales manager in the music industry. A civil engineer in the "aeroplane factory" industry named William H Donner was living with them at both the 1930 and 1940 census.

Before GMA and Gpa bought the house on 11/15/75, Mr Grantly (former big wig with Penn Fruit/Pantry Pride, grocery store chain) the Library was filled ceiling to floor with books they left for us kids.  Many first editions.  In the loft over Binda’s apartment were a lot of signage from that chain. The property was the 2nd one built on the court.  The Schilp’s house was the first one built. That’s all I remember.  Perhaps Uncle Steve or Aunt Brenda remember more.
